Use the plastic pipe splitter with your New Concept Tools service line puller kit for easy, efficient replacement and removal of old plastic service lines. The splitter breaks apart old plastic pipe, prevents the old pipe from balling up in the ground, and creates space for the new service line to pull through. Compatible with ¾" and 1" pipe. One plastic pipe splitter is included in every ¾" - 1" service line puller kit. New Concept Tools also offers the splitter individually here so that your crew is never stuck in the field without a spare.
