Valve Box Top Lifter

The New Concept Tools valve box top lifter> is used to lift the top section of slide type valve boxes. To use, simply dig halfway around the top flange, then put the lifter in place, clamping it around the flange. Hook a chain to the lifter, then using a backhoe, gently lift to the desired height. Save time and energy with this simple, durable solution from New Concept Tools. All-welded, powder coated construction for durability and corrosion resistance. Weighs 14 lbs. (Note: the lifting device is designed for use only with top flange style valve box types.)
