Hydrant Setter with Spreader Bar

Fire hydrants can be heavy - some can weigh as much as half a ton! Setting hydrants properly is a lot easier and more accurate with the help of a New Concept Tools hydrant setter. Your crew can leverage the simple design, which features Grade 8 galvanized chain and a swivel joint for maneuverability. The spreader bar holds the lifting rings in proper alignment, and the rings fit over the hydrant's 2½” hose nozzles, locking in place with the hose nozzle caps. All setters are pull-tested certified and tagged with capacity.
